


Primary Course (YEARS 1-6)
The Primary Course consists of 40 lessons across four terms throughout the
year. It includes specially designed classwork and homework books that
directly align with the Australian National Curriculum.
At MPiR Tuition, both skill-based and problem solving questions are
incorporated into the Primary Course to provide students with a strong
fundamental understanding of mathematics.
Tests are embedded into the course to allow students to identify their strengths and weaknesses in specific topics covered throughout the year.
Secondary Course (YEARS 7-10)
The Secondary Course consists of 40 lessons across four terms throughout
the year. It includes specially designed classwork and homework books that
directly align with the Australian National Curriculum.
At MPiR Tuition, the implication of calculators are incorporated throughout
the Secondary Course to induce higher-order thinking and reasoning within
the mathematical concepts covered throughout the year.
From Year 7 through to Year 10, students within the course undertake tests
that consist of a calculator free and a calculator active component. They are
designed to allow students to build confidence and enable parents
to monitor their child’s progress as they approach VCE studies.
